parmarom has been founded in 1994, initially, as a commercial company with import and distribution activities. Since the development of the commercial activity , the logistic component of the business took a greater importance.
Storage capacities:
Bucharest - Western Ring Road :
6.300 sqm ambiental - 9.200 pallet locations
7.500 sqm freezer - 8.200 pallet locations
100 sqm refrigerated - 54 pallet locations
Constanta: 1.500 sqm ambiental - 1.800 pallet locations
In the country we use the cross-docking hubs from Brasov, Cluj, Timisoara and Constanta.
Offices: situated in Bucharest - Western Ring Road, with a total area of 1,200 sqm, with possibilities to rent a minimal surface for the clients of our logistic services.
Warehouse equipment: 6 electric reach-trucks, 14 electric pallet trucks.
Goods are insured both during storage and during transportation to the record value of the products.
All storage and cross-docking areas are permanently monitored by video cameras.
All logistics operations for warehousing and cross-docking platform are managed by a specialized software (WMS - Warehouse Management System) which can follow up the expiry dates and production lots.
Transport fleet consists of 12 trucks of 20 t, 7 trucks of 7,5-10t and 30 vans of 1,8 t. All means of transport are monitored through GPS and equipped with scanners for a quick transmission of documents. The information system of our clients can be permanently interconnected with our system through the EDI (Electronic data interchange) facilitating the transmission of orders, reports and documents.
parmarom warehouse is equipped with the latest technologies: CISCO Wi-Fi transmission, IBM servers and DATALOGIC terminals, which provide a high quality standard for data transmission and processing. |
