New placements for other five Eyemaxx logistic parks

Austrian Eyemaxx Group is planning to built five industrial parks in Oradea, Targu Mures, Craiova, Constanta and Bacau, filling this way the network of ten projects of this king which the real estate developer intends to accomplish in Romania during the following 3-4 years. A part of the lands necessary for the development of the projects were already purchased and the others are in progress of buying.

The building of the whole network of ten projects will be finalised before the end of 2010 or the beggining of 2011. The medium investment for a project is of circa 40 million Euro, according to the Eyemaxx Real Estate representative, Ana Maria Preda. The first project of the company has been developed together with the Austrian group Immoeast, in Timisoara, representing an investment of 40 million Euro. The park has a built surface of 51.000 m2 of warehousing spaces and  11.000 m2 for offices, realised in two steps. The first phase of 18.000 m2 was already finalised.

The company develops, also together with Immoeast, other 4 projects, in Sibiu, Brasov, Cluj-Napoca and Ploiesti, the construction having already begun. In Ploiesti and Brasov, where the lands are wider, logistic industrial parks will be developed. 

A part of the lands will be destined to warehousing spaces, about 60.000 m2, and the rest of the surface will be destined to logistic projects, at request, the surfaces will be sold to other investors.  

Eyemaxx and Immoeast have bought in Ploiesti a land of 40 ha. 10 ha will be occupied with warehouses and in Brasov the company owns 22 ha of lands.
The cosntruction of Ploiesti project will be finalised at the end of 2008 and the one from Brasov during the first part of 2009. The Sibiu project will be finalised during the middle of the following year.

Eyemaxx is an Austrian group that has real estate projects in many states of Central and Eastern Europe, being specialised in logistic development, trade centers and offices buildings. Immoeast owns in Romania a portofolio of 125 projects with a market value of 3,38 billion euro and a surface of 4,79 million m2.
