CODECS is a non-governmental organisation, set up in 1993, with the support of the Know How Fund from the Great Britain and of the Romanian Foundation for Democracy.
CODECS S.A. was founded by the very first 25 students of The Open University Business School in Romania. The company has 25 shareholders and 7 members in Council of Administration.
The President of the Council is also the CEO of the company.
The CODECS company has developed a network of 11 centres all over the country in the most developed cities like Timisoara, Constanta, Iasi, Bacau, Brasov, Sibiu, Cluj, Ploiesti, Pitesti, Tg Mures, Galati.
The total number of employees in CODECS is 75 full time and around 80 part timers.
